Scott Ryder

Scott Ryder has a strong background in financial leadership and management roles. Scott is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Thistle Farms since 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at Casa de Amparo from 2019 to 2022, where they contributed to treating and preventing child abuse and neglect. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the CFO at RYCA International, Inc. and from 2015 to 2019, they worked as the CFO at Motivating the Masses, INC. Scott also has experience as a CFO at ManKind Project USA from 2011 to 2015, where they successfully integrated multiple corporations and oversaw finance, HR, and compliance. Additionally, they have held various finance and operations roles at D.A. Davidson & Co., McGladrey Capital Markets, RCI Management, Inc., and Redlands Federal Bank. Scott has demonstrated expertise in financial planning, forecasting, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.

Scott Ryder completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of Redlands from 1987 to 1991. Scott then pursued further education at the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business, and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from 1997 to 2000.
