Ashwin Cheriyan

Ashwin Cheriyan is the CEO & Co-Founder of Thistle, a company that delivers ready-to-eat plant-forward meals, snacks, and juices. Ashwin is also an Angel Investor in various companies and was previously the Co-Founder of WeGoFair, a platform that rates hotels and restaurants based on social and environmental issues. With a background in M&A law, Ashwin has worked on transactions valued at over $100 billion during their time at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Additionally, Ashwin founded and managed a private SAT tutoring company called Ivy Prep. Ashwin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University and a J.D. with Honors from The University of Texas School of Law.
