Currently leading Katrin Sirach Consulting and serving as a Senior People & Culture Partner at thjnk Germany, Katrin has also held entrepreneurial roles, founding SYNERGISTAS, a social consultancy, and optinoo GmbH, a recruitment platform for life science companies. Previous positions include Director of Learning and Development at PAREXEL Academy and Associate Director of Student Affairs at Parexel. With a solid educational background, including certifications in New Work facilitation and NLP, Katrin combines a passion for collaboration and change with a deep-rooted expertise in human resources and clinical research.
