Mark Lanting is a management professional with extensive experience in the field of occupational therapy and technology integration in healthcare. Since July 2011, Mark has held the position of Manager of the Preventive Care Department at Koninklijke Visio, focusing on innovative care solutions. In addition, Mark serves as the National Coordinator for Supporting Technology and Communication at Koninklijke Visio, providing guidance and support in the area of assistive technologies. Mark’s background includes roles as an occupational therapist addressing ICT issues for individuals with visual impairments and involvement in academic settings as a lecturer in Occupational Therapy at Hanzehogeschool Groningen since February 2021. Mark holds a Master of Science in Healthy Aging from Hanze and a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
