Menna Essam

Menna Essam is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences at Cairo University, specializing in Economics from 2017 to 2021. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience Representative at Thndr since December 2021, Menna has progressed through various roles, including Customer Experience Representative and Operations Analyst. Prior to Thndr, Menna worked as an Account Advisor at Raya CX from September 2021 to December 2021, focusing on providing customers with helpful information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
