Kevin Howard has over 20 years of experience in the media industry. Kevin began their career in 1998 as an Assistant Planner and Media Supervisor at The Lord Group. In 2001, they moved to Initiative where they held the roles of VP, Account Director and Media Supervisor. In 2010, they joined OMD as Group Account Director for Cigna, Showtime, GE, Armstrong, JC Penney, Time Warner Cable & ExxonMobile. During their time at OMD, they achieved the highest NPS score ever for a new partner as a US lead on Cigna business. In 2017, they joined Horizon Media as VP, Managing Director for SeaWorld, United Healthcare/Group, OMEGA & CarMax. In this role, they played a key role as a senior account/brand strategy lead by uncovering and securing new business pitches for the SeaWorld and OMEGA assignments. Kevin is currently SVP, Customer Experience at Thnks since 2023.

Kevin Howard received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Gettysburg College.
