Peter Feldstein

Peter Feldstein currently serves as Vice President of Capital Markets at Thoma Bravo, having progressed through roles including Senior Associate and Associate since January 2020. Prior to this, Peter worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from July 2018 to December 2019. Previous experiences include a Sales & Trading Summer Analyst position at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where responsibilities spanned Mortgage Products Trading and Special Situations Group, as well as summer analyst roles at 643 Capital Management and Farallon Capital Management. Peter holds a degree from Washington and Lee University, graduating in 2018, and completed secondary education at San Francisco University High School.
