Stephanie Carey

Stephanie (Raaf) Carey currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Tax at Thoma Bravo since October 2025. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Executive Director of Tax at GCM Grosvenor from October 2020 to October 2025. Stephanie's career in tax began at PwC, where a tenure from July 2011 to October 2020 culminated in the role of Tax Senior Manager specializing in Asset Management. Stephanie obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Notre Dame, graduating in 2011.
