Heather Ullig

With two decades of experience implementing human capital practices that attract and retain high-potential talent, Heather is an accomplished leader. She comes to T&C from EnableComp, LLC where she served as the CPO. In this role, she supported the company’s organic growth over a 7.5-year span from 60 to 700+ employees. Her career also includes many years working in other healthcare technology, financial and manufacturing organizations where she held a wide range of positions in the HR discipline. Heather has a Bachelor of Business Administration and holds both a PHR and SHRM-CP. She was named HR Professional of the Year and was a finalist for Executive of the Year by Middle Tennessee SHRM in 2015 and 2018, respectively.
