Holly Norrington

Holly Norrington has a diverse background in HR and theater. Holly started their career in 2014 at Thomas Franks Ltd, where they held various HR roles including Head of HR, HR & Training Manager, Human Resources Officer, and Human Resources Administrator. Prior to that, they founded their own theater company, Holly&Ted Theatre Company, in 2013 and served as the Founder and Artistic Director until 2018.

Holly Norrington completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Performance at Falmouth University from 2010 to 2013. Holly then pursued further education in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at CIPD Qualifications, graduating in 2017. Currently, they are enrolled in ICS Learn, pursuing a CIPD Qualification with an anticipated completion date of 2023.
