John Culbreath

John is a Principal, Regional Director, and Civil Manager for the Columbia office. He joined Thomas & Hutton in 2013 with the opening of the Columbia office, bringing 18 years of experience that includes planning and design of industrial parks, subdivisions, commercial developments, and public and private infrastructure. A licensed Professional Engineer, John earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina. His involvement with professional organizations include the South Carolina Economic Developers Association and Central South Carolina Alliance.
