Tony Woody

Tony is a Vice President and serves as the Civil Manager for the Charleston office. His experience includes site development and public infrastructure projects for both public and private clients. These projects include the design for highways, streets, recreational pathways, neighborhoods, parks, parking areas, water and wastewater systems, and stormwater drainage systems. Tony earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering/Structures from North Carolina State University and joined Thomas & Hutton in 1989. A licensed Professional Engineer, Tony brings an in-depth understanding of land usage, entitlements, area comprehensive plans, and regional priorities to every new project. His involvement with professional organizations include Chairman of the Lowcountry Housing Trust, Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce (Developers Council, Public Policy Committee), American Council of Engineering Companies, and Urban Land Institute.
