John N Cooper is an accomplished organizational leader with extensive experience in leadership development, coaching, and applied business psychology. Currently serving as the Chief Connection Officer and Chair of the Science Advisory and Innovation Board at Thomas since September 2023, John has also been the Chair of CooperMckenzies Leadership Development since June 2020, focusing on C-suite coaching and emotional intelligence development. John's leadership roles include Non-Executive Chairman at Integro Accounting Ltd and former Non-Executive Chair at Strengthscope®, where strategic goals were successfully achieved. John N directed the City Leadership Programme, supporting disadvantaged youth from February 2015 to September 2023, and has served as a coach and facilitator for CEOs at John Coopers since January 2004. John's advisory role at PSI Services LLC contributed to global talent business growth, and prior experience includes serving as CEO of JCA Global.
