Mike Heaton has over two decades of experience in the construction and estimating industry, currently serving as Estimation Manager at Thomas J. Dyer Company since October 2001. In this role, Mike oversees resource allocation, personnel development, and operational functions to enhance estimating and pre-construction processes while fostering strong relationships with customers and partners. Previous roles include Lead Estimator, where Mike executed project estimates, and VDC Manager, responsible for managing team coordination for complex projects. Additionally, Mike's background includes hands-on experience as a Plumbing & HVAC Piping Designer and a plumbing apprentice at The Nelson Stark Company. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Northern Kentucky University and prior studies at Gateway Community & Technical College.
