Franco Tenerelli

Franco Tenerelli has over 17 years of experience in the legal field. Franco began their career as an Attorney at Holland & Knight LLP, where they handled various engagements in real estate, corporate law, intellectual property, and white-collar defense and investigations. Following this, they joined Toll Brothers as Regional Counsel, managing the company's legal affairs in the Western United States and overseeing significant acquisitions. Tenerelli then served as the Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President, and Corporate Secretary at Landsea Homes, where they were responsible for the company's legal matters and played a crucial role in its growth and success. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Thomas James Homes.

Franco Tenerelli holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from UCLA, a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
