Pete Girgis has extensive experience in the field of Information Technology and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Pete is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at THOMAS JAMES HOMES since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at CalAmp as the Vice President Information Technology from April 2018 to September 2021, where they played a crucial role in leading the digital transformation of the company. Before CalAmp, Pete served as the Vice President (VP) & Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Dunn-Edwards Corporation from September 2012 to April 2018. Pete also held leadership positions at VIZIO, SAP, Harman International, Warner Bros, Cardinal Health, Global Crossing, and PacifiCorp, where they gained valuable experience in managing IT strategy, business transformation, and system implementations. Pete's expertise lies in strategic information management, business intelligence, enterprise performance management, and enterprise information management.
From 1988 to 1993, Pete Girgis studied at Portland State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. In 2013, they also completed a Six Sigma Black Belt certification at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.
