Auriana Woods has an extensive work history in various industries. In 2015, they worked as a Producer at WBRU, overseeing radio programming and content production. Auriana later became the Chief Creative Officer at WBRU, managing over one hundred student employees and leading content production. In 2018, they interned as a Brand Strategy Intern at Wolff Olins, collaborating with lead strategists and conducting research for various clients. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Lead Initiative Coordinator at Brown University, where they created policies and organized events to support first-generation and low-income students. At Brown University's Office of Residential Life, they worked as a Student Assistant. Auriana also held roles at Lonestar, Jones Knowles Ritchie, and Bellweather Agency, where they gained experience in production, strategy, research, and copywriting. Currently, they are working as an Oral Historian at The Getting Word African American Oral History Project, operated by the Thomas Jefferson Foundation.
Auriana Woods completed their education at Columbia University in the years 2022 and 2023, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Oral History. Prior to that, they attended Brown University from 2015 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Africana Studies. Auriana also received their high school diploma from Stevenson School in 2019.
