Betsy Datner

Betsy Datner's work experience includes serving as the Service Line lead for Emergency Medicine at Jefferson Health since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Professor at Thomas Jefferson University starting in May 2017. Before joining Thomas Jefferson University, they held the position of Chair at the Department of Emergency Medicine in Einstein Healthcare Network starting in November 2016. Betsy also acted as the Chief Of Staff at the Michael J Crescenz VA Medical Center from June 2015 to November 2016. Prior to that, they served as the Chief of Staff and Associate Chief Of Staff for Clinical Operations at the Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center from October 2013 to November 2016 and from October 2013 to May 2015 respectively. Additionally, Betsy Datner was the Vice Chair of Clinical Operations at the Department of Emergency Medicine in the University of Pennsylvania from June 2011 to October 2013.

Betsy Datner earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bio-Psychology from Wesleyan University in 1985. Betsy then obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree from Penn State University in 1991, specializing in Medicine.
