Currently serving as the President of the Central Region at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Dixieanne oversees integration and operations with a substantial focus on a $3.3 billion operating revenue. Previously, Dixieanne held multiple senior roles at Einstein Healthcare Network, including President and Chief Operating Officer for Philadelphia, where responsibilities encompassed day-to-day operations, quality and patient safety, and strategic initiatives. Additional leadership roles included Vice President positions in strategy and service line operations, strategic planning and business development, and physician enterprise development.
