Dixieanne James is a seasoned executive in healthcare leadership with extensive experience in strategic growth, operations, and business development across various health systems. Currently serving as the President of the Central Region at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Dixieanne oversees integration and operations with a substantial focus on a $3.3 billion operating revenue. Previously, Dixieanne held multiple senior roles at Einstein Healthcare Network, including President and Chief Operating Officer for Philadelphia, where responsibilities encompassed day-to-day operations, quality and patient safety, and strategic initiatives. Additional leadership roles included Vice President positions in strategy and service line operations, strategic planning and business development, and physician enterprise development. Dixieanne's academic credentials include an MBA in Health Administration and Marketing from Loyola University Maryland and a B.S. in Health Systems Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
