George Koenig

George Koenig is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in trauma and operational efficiency. Since August 2010, George Koenig has served as an Associate Professor and held multiple leadership roles, including Medical Co-Director of the Center for Operational Resource Efficiency and Medical Director of the Trauma Program at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals. Additionally, since July 2012, George Koenig has been the Medical Director and Associate Medical Director at JeffSTAT. George Koenig has been the President of the National Collegiate Emergency Medical Services Foundation since 1994. Previous experience includes a Trauma and Critical Care Fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital from 2008 to 2010. George Koenig earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (1999-2003) and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Biology from Bucknell University (1992-1996).
