Kaitlin Garthwaite

Kaitlin Garthwaite currently serves as Associate Director of Development for Neurosciences at Jefferson Health, a position held since April 2021, following a previous role as Assistant Director in the same department. Prior experience includes serving as Fundraising Events Coordinator at Inez Weinstein Special Events, Inc. from June 2014 to January 2021, where management of major fundraising events with up to 1,000 attendees and earnings of up to $2 million was achieved, along with donor cultivation for targeted fundraising objectives. Earlier roles at the same company included Events Assistant, and Kaitlin also contributed as Assistant Race Coordinator for Back on My Feet, helping to organize a successful fundraising race. Kaitlin's initial work experience involved support in a clinical setting through an internship at Lehigh Valley Health Network. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Muhlenberg College, earned in 2011.
