Kate Fitzpatrick

Kate Fitzpatrick is currently the Connelly Foundation Chief Nurse Executive Officer Jefferson Health at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals. Kate has previously held positions as the System Senior VP Nursing Practice & Clinical Development at Thomas Jefferson University from October 2019 to January 2021 and as the Chief Nursing Officer/Assoc Dean Academic -Practice Integration UVM CNHS at The University of Vermont Medical Center from August 2015 to October 2019. In their role as the Chief Nursing Officer/Assoc Dean Academic -Practice Integration UVM CNHS, Kate was responsible for 1800 nurses/APPs practicing in acute and ambulatory settings, in addition to the free standing surgery and acute rehabilitation facility. UVMMC is part of the UVM Health Network (a 7 facility system).

Kate Fitzpatrick received their BSN from the University of Delaware, their MSN from Widener University, and their DNP from Vanderbilt University. Kate is currently a post-masters student at the University of Pennsylvania studying adult acute care nurse practitioner.
