Leslie J. McNamara

Leslie McNamara is a highly experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Board Trustee and Vice Chair of the Board at Jefferson Health, McNamara has contributed to the strategic visioning and growth planning of one of the largest nonprofit organizations in the U.S. Previously, McNamara held multiple managing director positions at Citi from 2002 to 2023, where responsibilities included defining transformation strategies for the Retail Services division, overseeing market research, and managing a $40B partnership portfolio. Notable achievements encompass innovating in diversity and inclusion initiatives and modernizing marketing functions. McNamara also has a consulting background and has held leadership positions at Qwest and SaveSmart. McNamara’s educational credentials include an executive education program at Harvard Business School and a BA in East Asian Studies and Political Science from Wittenberg University.
