Lillian Carson

Lillian Carson has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Lillian began their career in 1982 as a Nurse Manager at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, where they worked until 1998. From 1998 to 2005, they served as a Nurse Manager at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. In 2005, they joined Aria Health as the Vice President of Procedural Services. In 2013, they joined Virtua Health as the AVP of Surgical Services Integrated Operations.

Lillian Carson completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Eastern University in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a BSN in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University between 1990 and 2004. Additionally, they pursued an MSN in MSN CNOR RNFA from UOP from 1999 to 2002. Lastly, they attended DCCC in 1994, but their degree and field of study at that time are unknown.
