Associate Vice President Nursing Operations And Quality at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals

Lisa Rodzen has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Lisa started their career as a Nurse Manager at Einstein Healthcare Network in 2003 and later became the Clinical Director for Critical Care. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Director of Nursing Quality and then moved on to become the Associate Vice President of Nursing Operations and Quality at Jefferson Health in 2017. Lisa also serves as a Clinical Adjunct Faculty at LaSalle University since 2008 and has worked as a Legal Nurse Consultant independently.

Lisa Rodzen, DNP, RN, MBA, NEA-BC, obtained their education from La Salle University and Temple University. Lisa completed their Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) specializing in Nursing Administration from La Salle University between 2015 and 2019. Prior to that, they received their Master of Science in Nursing Administration (MSN) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS) from La Salle University, which they completed from 2003 to 2008. Furthermore, they earned a Post Bachelors Certificate in Nursing Informatics from La Salle University between 1999 and 2001. Lisa began their education journey with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Temple University, which they obtained from 1994 to 1999. Lisa also holds additional certifications in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University and NEA-BC from ANCC.
