Nam Dang is an experienced instructional designer currently employed at Jefferson Health since July 2024. Previously, Nam held several roles at Health Partners Plans from April 2017 to July 2024, including Senior Learning Technology Partner and eLearning Specialist. Experience as an eLearning Specialist was also gained at MISTRAS Group, Inc. from July 2016 to April 2017, and as a Training Specialist at Radian from September 2015 to July 2016. Early professional development included an internship in instructional design at SAP and roles at Bloomsburg University, namely as a Graduate Assistant and Program Assistant for the ACT101/EOP Program, where responsibilities included advising students and enhancing academic support initiatives. Nam holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, both from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
