Shelly Gupta

Shelly Gupta is an experienced medical professional currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Clinical Instructor at Thomas Jefferson University since August 2020. Shelly holds the position of Medical Director at Jefferson Hospital of Neuroscience, where responsibilities include leading the Hospitalist team within the Farber Division. Previously, Shelly specialized as a Hospitalist in preoperative and postoperative management of neurosurgery patients and worked in the Observation Unit. Before joining Thomas Jefferson University, Shelly completed a residency at AtlantiCare from July 2016 to June 2019. Shelly earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from St. George's University and a Bachelor of Science in Neurology/Physiology from the University of Maryland.
