Theresa Fortner

Theresa Fortner has extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently serving as the Director of Nursing Workforce Systems at Jefferson Health since June 2021. Prior to this role, Theresa spent over two decades at The University of Vermont Medical Center, where responsibilities included positions as a Staff Registered Nurse and Nurse Manager in Invasive Cardiology. Theresa holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration with a focus on Nursing Management from Western Governors University, completed in June 2023, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing earned from the same institution in August 2018.
