Adriana Orozco

Adriana Orozco is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in onboarding, training, and recruitment. Currently serving as the Onboarding Coordinator at Thomas Cuisine since January 2024, Adriana previously held various leadership roles at Bitwise Industries, including Vice President of Human Resources, where strategic enhancements to HR operations significantly improved employee engagement and performance. Earlier experience includes positions at the California Teaching Fellows Foundation, where leadership in training development and team supervision led to successful onboarding processes and a high-performing work environment. Adriana began a career in education as a para educator and tutor, later earning an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Heald College.
