Nathalia Cardoso Giraldo

Nathalia Cardoso Giraldo has worked as an Associate in the Banking & Finance departments at both Advocat from November 2019 to February 2021 and Baker McKenzie from February 2021 to May 2023. Nathalia currently holds the position of Senior Analyst - Financial Markets Infrastructure (FMI) at Thomas Murray, starting in July 2023.

Nathalia Cardoso Giraldo has pursued a variety of educational opportunities to enhance their knowledge in different areas. Their education history includes studying at the Universidad de Los Andes, where they earned a degree in Doctor of Law - JD, specializing in the field of Derecho. Nathalia also pursued a specialization in Financial Legislation from the same university. Nathalia further expanded their expertise in various aspects of finance by completing courses in Financial Markets at Yale University, Fintech Law and Policy at Duke University, and Portfolio and Risk Management at the University of Geneva. Additionally, they gained valuable insights into Legal Tech and Startups through their studies at IE Business School. Continuing their passion for finance, Nathalia pursued further education in Behavioral Finance, Decentralized Finance (DeFi) Infrastructure, and Making Successful Decisions through the Strategy Law and Ethics Model at Duke University and the University of Michigan, respectively. Currently, they are enrolled at Politecnico di Milano, where they are expected to graduate in 2023 with a degree in Artificial Intelligence and Legal Issues.
