Marlena Kaplan

Marlena Kaplan, CPA, CFA, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Thomas St John Group since January 2022 and has concurrently held the Chief Financial Officer position at CMNTY Culture since October 2020. Prior to these roles, Marlena was the Chief Operating Officer for the New York Office at The Family Office Company BSC (c) and spent over five years at The Blackstone Group as a Managing Director overseeing Hedge Fund Solutions fund accounting. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Cadogan Management LLC, Controller/Vice President at Onex and Moon Capital, and a Relationship Manager/SVP at Robeco. Marlena holds an Executive MBA from Baruch College and a BBA in Accounting & International Business from Hofstra University.
