G. Richard Murphy

G. Richard (Rick) Murphy is a seasoned attorney currently serving as a Partner at Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, LLP since April 2019, following experience as a Senior Associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP and Associate at K&L Gates, where focus areas included complex commercial and business litigation, intellectual property, and various aspects of the oil and gas industry. Rick graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2009, where involvement included serving as a staff member on the North Carolina Law Review and as a Judge for the School's Law Honor Court. Additionally, Rick holds a B.A. in Physics and Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania.
