Dan Ziebell

Dan Ziebell is a seasoned culinary professional currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group since October 2023. Ziebell has held various prominent positions, including Executive Chef at Quilt and Co. (June 2023 - September 2023) and AVOW Restaurant (January 2022 - May 2023), as well as Chef at Imagination on Fire (January 2021 - January 2022). Prior experience at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group included roles as Sous Chef, Lead Chef de Partie, Chef De Partie, and Culinary Extern from April 2015 to March 2020. Education was obtained at The Culinary Institute of America, with an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from 2014 to 2016, during which Ziebell also volunteered as a chef assistant at various events in Napa Valley.
