Indra Kusumahdinata

Indra Kusumahdinata is an experienced professional in the fine dining sector, currently serving as a Captain at Per Se within the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group since October 2014. With a diverse background that includes roles as Cellar Sommelier and Bartender at Per Se and previous positions such as Backserver and Kitchen Server, Indra has a deep understanding of restaurant operations and exceptional service standards. Indra was part of the opening team at Romera, focusing on Neuro-gastronomy principles, and has held various positions including Runner at Restaurant Daniel and Dining Room Manager at Restaurant BT, where day-to-day operations were effectively managed. Indra's career began as a Server Trainer at Sam Snead’s Tavern, and foundation in hospitality was established through a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung.
