Jennifer Villafana Stout

Jennifer Villafana Stout has extensive work experience in the child and family services sector. Jennifer began their career at Eliada Homes as a Foster Care Director in September 2010. Jennifer then joined Eckerd Youth Alternatives, Inc in September 2011, where they held various roles including Community Intervention Manager, Program Director, and Operations Director. In 2017, they moved to THOMPSON Child & Family Focus and held positions such as Director of Foster Care, Director of Family Support Services, Statewide Director of Licensing and Recruitment, and Statewide Director of Foster Care. Currently, they are serving as the Operations Director at THOMPSON Child & Family Focus.

Jennifer Villafana Stout completed their Bachelor of Social Work degree at the University of South Florida from 1988 to 1993. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Leading Leaders" from the Leadership Pipeline Institute in May 2022 and "Leading Others" from the same institute in March 2018.
