Renie Kennemer

Renie Kennemer is the Communications Director at Thompson Engineering since January 2018, where responsibilities include developing and implementing a corporate communication strategy for an employee-owned company with 300 staff members, with a focus on fostering a culture of ownership. Prior experience includes serving as Agency Facilitator at MDi media group from January 2007 to June 2011, utilizing skills in deadline management and interdepartmental communication originally honed as a News Producer at various stations, including KGMB9, KHNL, KSLA, and ATV (Aruba Television) between 2000 and 2006. Renie holds a Master's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Music and Journalism from Mississippi University for Women.
