Charles Elmendorf

Charles Elmendorf is a Senior Occupational Therapist at Thompson Healthcare & Sports Medicine since February 2020. Previously, Charles worked as an Occupational Therapist at Encore Rehabilitation Services from November 2018 to February 2020, and as a Level 2 Clinical OT Student at Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas Health in 2018. Charles has experience delivering patient-centered therapeutic interventions to clients with cognitive, vestibular, low vision, and musculoskeletal conditions. Charles holds a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Salus University, where studies were completed from 2016 to 2018, including a Level 2 Clinical OT Student role at Golden Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
