Corby Baumann

Corby Baumann is a Partner in the Corporate Transactions & Securities practice at Thompson Hine LLP, where responsibilities include representing strategic and financial parties in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, and cross-border transactions. Prior to this role, Corby served as an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, focusing on corporate and financial services, particularly in mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions. Earlier professional experience includes serving as a Judicial Clerk for Justice Harold F. See, Jr. at the Supreme Court of the State of Alabama. Corby Baumann earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law, completed an International Program at Bucerius Law School, and holds an AB in Government from Bowdoin College.
