Nikolas Morrow

Nikolas Morrow is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations management and strategic oversight across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Joint Ventures at Thompson Hospitality since January 2023, Morrow previously held the position of Regional Director of Operations at Genuine Foods until October 2022. Morrow's background includes significant roles at Sodexo, where administration of a $5M government contract was accomplished, and at Aramark, managing a $10M retail operation across multiple college campuses. Additional experience stems from Starbucks as a Training Store Manager, where leadership development and team building were emphasized, and earlier roles including Assistant General Manager at Town Sports International and Assistant Manager at Circuit City.
