Jim Whaley

Jim Whaley is an accomplished General Manager with extensive experience in managing operations for the Kentucky Division of Thompson Industrial Services, LLC, since February 2017. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Regional Manager at Kimco Services, LLC, where responsibilities included operations, P&L management, recruiting, and the implementation of service level agreements for a multi-state division. Jim also served as a Project Manager at Bell Construction and Floor Shield, overseeing project execution, client communication, and cost estimation. Jim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management from Jones International University and further education from Johnson University.
