Shannon Spellman

Shannon Spellman currently serves as the Associate Director of Change, Culture and Engagement and Human Resources Manager at Cathleen Stone Island Outward Bound School, focusing on fostering a culture of engagement and inclusion, supporting recruitment, and overseeing employee orientation and onboarding processes. Previously, Shannon held roles as an HR Compliance Specialist and HR Compliance Coordinator at Bright Horizons, as well as Client Marketing Advisor at AutoAlert and Casting Production Assistant at Loud Television and Sharp Entertainment. Shannon also gained experience as an Associate Substitute at Bright Horizons and a Public Relations Intern at TripAdvisor. Shannon earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English Communication and Media Studies from Emmanuel College in Boston.
