Blair Harp

Blair Harp is an experienced technology and automation professional currently serving as the Director of Automation and Robotics at Thompson Solutions Group since August 2021. Previous roles include IT Systems Manager, Asset Manager, and Operations Administrator at Interstates from 2014 to August 2021, as well as Operations Manager at Diamond Vogel Paints - Vogel Automotive Coatings in 2013. Blair's career at Interstates began in 2006 with positions such as Automation Support and Quality Assurance Manager, Building Automation Systems Developer, and Applications Programmer. Prior to this, Blair worked as a Senior Programmer at Amani from 2004 to 2006. Blair holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Performance and a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management from Bellevue University, completing academic studies in 2015 and 2013, respectively. Additionally, Blair attended Northwest Iowa Community College from 2002 to 2004.
