Josh Purvis

Josh Purvis serves as Managing Partner at both Thompson Thrift since November 2021 and Watermark Residential since October 2008. At Watermark Residential, a national leader in the development, construction, and management of upscale apartment communities and luxury leased homes, Josh has played a significant role in enhancing the company's growth and reputation. Josh holds a degree from Hanover College, where studies were completed from 1997 to 2001, and is a graduate of Southwestern High School.
