Niada Parker

Niada Parker is a Senior Associate at TVS. Niada was previously a Senior Designer at BSA LifeStructures from November 2016 to February 2019. Prior to that, they were an Associate at Odell Associates from July 2007 to July 2010, and a Designer at HOK from July 2003 to July 2006. Niada Parker began their career as an Intern Architect at Capital Design & Construction at Virginia Tech from January 2002 to December 2003. Niada later became the Chief Operating Officer and Founding Partner at Balkan Analytical Group from September 2010 to June 2016, and the Lead Designer and Partner at Niada Projekt from March 2010 to June 2016. Before that, they were an Intern Architect at Robert M. Gurney, FAIA, Architect from January 2000 to December 2001.

Niada Parker received their MArch and BArch from Virginia Tech and certification from Emory University in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in Healthcare. Niada is also NCARB certified in IDP and USGBC - National Capital Region Chapter certified in LEED. The Center for Health Design has also EDAC certified her.
