Thabo Malo

Thabo Malo is an experienced professional in the tourism industry, currently serving as Product and Contracting Manager at Thompsons Holidays since July 2022, where responsibilities include developing product strategy, managing supplier and customer relationships, and negotiating contracts. Previously, Thabo was the Manager and Owner of Travel Lab South Africa from September 2018 to September 2022, overseeing a small team and handling various aspects of business operations including marketing, client management, and event curation. Prior experience includes roles at South African Tourism as a Product Specialist, Marketing Assistant, and Legal Assistant, as well as a Senior Inbound Travel Specialist at Tourvest Inbound Operations, and a Bateleur Club FIT Reservations Consultant at CC Africa. Thabo holds a BTech in Tourism Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology and a National Diploma in Tourism Management from Border Technikon.
