Nick Curran is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and insolvency. Currently serving as a Partner at Thomson Geer since January 2010, Nick specializes in Litigation & Dispute Resolution as well as Restructuring & Insolvency. Prior to this role, Nick held the position of Special Counsel at Thomson Geer and served as Legal Counsel at Prime Fund Solutions, focusing on Banking & Finance, Dispute Resolution, Investment Funds, and Corporate & Commercial matters. Nick began their career at Dibbs Abbott Stillman as a Lawyer specializing in Commercial Litigation and Insolvency & Restructuring.
