Pragashini Fox

Pragashini Fox is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent management and diversity initiatives. At Thomson Reuters, Pragashini serves as the Head of HR for Product and Talent & Diversity within the Talent COE, building on previous roles that include Head of Talent Management & Diversity COE. Prior to this, Pragashini held various leadership positions at RBC, including Vice President of Human Resources for Technology & Operations, Vice President of Talent Management, and Sr. Human Resources Business Partner. Pragashini began the career as a HR Business Partner and Sr. Compensation Consultant at RBC. Educational credentials include a focus on Human Resources from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation from HRPAO.
