Simon Landry, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Thomson Reuters since August 2021, focusing on areas such as Machine Learning Operations and legal technology platforms. Prior experience includes a role as Bilingual Knowledge Broker at CAMH, where research efforts led to significant improvements in user satisfaction and account verifications.
