Claudia Spreng

Claudia Spreng is an experienced professional in real estate and investment banking, currently serving as an Associate in European Acquisitions at Thor Equities Group since June 2021, following a role as an Analyst in the same department. Claudia began a career in investment banking as an Analyst in the Restructuring Group at B. Riley FBR, Inc., focusing on bankruptcy advisory and distressed mergers and acquisitions from December 2017 to July 2020. Prior to this, an internship at B. Riley Financial and a position as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Halifax Area Properties LLC contributed to a diverse skill set. Claudia's educational background includes a Master's degree in Real Estate from Cass Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from The University of Georgia. Additionally, leadership experience as Captain of the Equestrian Team at The University of Georgia and an International Baccalaureate from Spruce Creek High School highlight a well-rounded foundation.
