J. J. Minahan Jr.

J. J. Minahan, Jr. has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the construction industry. J. J. began their career as the Vice President at ATLAS Air Conditioning, where they successfully managed the company's growth into dormant markets. After that, they served as the Executive Vice President at IDEAL Engineering, Inc., where they oversaw business development and executive project management and expanded the company's reach into retail, high-rise residential, hospitality, and entertainment markets.
